ROBERT HOWARD
AREA MANAGER
Mr. Howard is responsible for obtaining projects, budgeting for
tenant review (working closely with architects / engineers) and
final estimates. This includes project scheduling, at both the
budgeting and construction stages, value engineering, all
construction operations and administration.

with Bank of America, Wells Fargo and other institutions.
Provided design, engineering and construction of new and
remodeled data centers, either constructed out of the ground
or built within a shell.

Other Project supervision of many medical facilities,
schools, laboratories and tenant improvements in the Bay Area.
In addition, he worked for a piping company designing and drafting
piping systems of all types. He also holds union j ourneyman cards
in two fields: piping and machining.
