BORIS ORLOFF
PRESIDENT
Mr. Orloff is responsible for establishing and implementing company
policy and procedures. This includes both construction operations and
administrative functions. He provides construction management services
on all types of commercial projects including estimating, scheduling,
quality assurance and plan review.

completing over 2 million square feet of commercial tenant improvements;
600,000 square feet of Class A office building shells and over
3,000 apartment units.

Other Project management duties on hotel, hospital and high and mid-rise apartment construction in the Washington, DC area. In addition, he worked as a Field Engineer on the Alaska Pipeline and served four years active duty with the Army Corps of Engineers in Europe and the United States.
