BORIS ORLOFF
PRESIDENT

Mr. Orloff is responsible for establishing and implementing company policy and procedures. This includes both construction operations and administrative functions. He provides construction management services on all types of commercial projects including estimating, scheduling, quality assurance and plan review.

Other
Project management duties on hotel, hospital and high and mid-rise apartment construction in the Washington, DC area. In addition, he worked as a Field Engineer on the Alaska Pipeline and served four years active duty with the Army Corps of Engineers in Europe and the United States.
